#Picbod Task Two Thoughts

Posted on January 17, 2013 by Kate

To photograph from the inside. Photograph as Nan Goldin says ‘Your Tribe’. Study someone you are close to and make images with them of an intimate nature.

This is something I do a lot with one person in particular. In 2012 I used photographs of Jamie as part of my collection ‘Crowded’. I have already built a photographic relationship with him, being more comfortable with a camera.

For this I feel that Jamie would be most ideal with image making. Although I do take out my camera from time to time with the other people I live with, there is this guard they put up even though we are very close. However, I will take this as a challenge so I can liaise with them.
