I’m trying some new mixes for juices that pack a punch, perfect for kicking you back into your rhythm.
I was not feeling it today, but I thought that I gotta do something to help me get my groove back. So I do what I normally do and went to the gym. With the January fitness fever still high, it was mega busy so I thought that I’ll just have some fun. Guess what?- it was really creative, fun and intense.
And they are super appropriate adjectives to describe my boost juice today:
- 1/2 beetroot
- slice of lemon
- 1/3 grapefruit
- small knob of ginger
- 1/2 carrot
Everyone has their own way of soul-searching, but I’d highly recommend feeding your gut (and your mind) with fresh, natural and tasty foods.
